Congrats to Katelyn plus NARIP brunch in NYC

Katelyn Tarver had her debut as the character "Jo" in the Nickelodeon show "Big Time Rush". The storyline - four guys have a crush on Katelyn's character "Jo" - funny how art imitates life!

Many thanks to NARIP and Flux Recording Studio in NYC for the Industry brunch! Great recording studio with a cool vibe - Dan Strader from Geodesic Management did a great job as the MC since Tess could not make the trip to NYC. Hope they have more of these events in the future.

Holla,
Tom Bradley

Brian Buckley at the San Diego Black Film Festival

At the invitation of Sarah Louise Wilson, Brian Buckley attended the premiere of a new film...Jelly...at the San Diego Black Film Festival on Sunday, January 31. The film is written and co-produced by Sarah, with her featured in the lead title role. The script, the actors...the entire production is superior. Inspired by this film, Sarah and Brian are looking to meld Sarah's words and images with Brian's music in the near future.

Be on the lookout for digital and rentable copies of Jelly in the near future. Well done!

Great Time at the Bitter End In New York City

Last night at the famous Bitter End nightclub in Greenwich Village our artist Dan Ferrari and I, enjoyed an evening of talented singer/songwriters. The event: The New York City Songwriters Circle - Tina, Billy and the gang did it again with a show that included many of the Circle’s members performing a strong set of material. While everyone was worth the price of admission the high points (of which there were many) included former Atlantic Records Recording artist Toby Lightman, Jeff Franzel (N–Sync, Shawn Colvin) and his vocalist and new comer Merrily James.

If you are into the songwriting scene this is a great organization.

BTW: After the event Dan and I spoke with Billy from the Songwriters Circle – be on the lookout for big things from them in 2010.

All the best,

Tom Bradley
